The winter Board of Directors
meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, 14 December in the
UN Millennium Hotel. While participation in actual Board
meeting discussions is restricted to Directors and
third-party service firm representatives attendees from any
First Monetary shareholder bank are welcome to sit in as
observers.
First Monetary's Members and
their spouses are cordially invited to attend a Holiday
Reception and Dinner at Marchi's Restaurant in Manhattan.
The reception will be held at 6:30 p.m., with dinner to
follow at 7:30 p.m.
Hotel Accommodations -
Conference and rooms for our New York City overnight guests
will be arranged at the UN Millennium Hotel. With
spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline and East River,
the UNMH touts several amenities including: a fitness
center, heated indoor pool, massage and sauna and indoor
tennis court on the 39th floor. For those Directors and
Members who may
find it more convenient to stay in New York Friday night,
complimentary hotel rooms have been reserved at the UN
Millennium Hotel. Enclosed for your review are brochures for
both the restaurant and the hotel. Members who wish to
remain in Manhattan to enjoy the holiday spirit are invited
to extend their stay at the UN Millennium.
Please Note:
First Monetary will pay for the hotel room and related taxes
for Friday night. Attendees will be responsible for
incidental expenses, including parking, Friday and any
extended stay. |
